Donation Options and Allocation of ABF Funds
General Operating Fund: Funds from storefront sales are directed here, as well as all direct donations unless specifically stated otherwise by the Donor.
Ashby 100: Specified by Donor with funds going into an endowment managed by a Certified Financial Planner with investment income being utilized for ABF missions.
Youth Education Center Fund: Specified by Donor with funds going into an endowment managed by a Certified Financial Planner with investment income being utilized for the Youth Education Center.
General Operating Fund Allocation
Hunter Education Seminars/Workshops for Wildlife Agenies and various Conservation Organizations are funded out of the General Operating Fund.
Website/Email Costs and Maintenance are funded out of the General Operating Fund.
Any necessary Consultant Fees are funded out of the General Operating Fund.
Youth Bowhunts: Costs for sponsoring the future of bowhunting are funded out of the General Operating Fund.
Testing: Arrows and broadheads for research are funded from the General Operating Fund. However, all expenses for the actual testing have been covered 100% by Ridgeback Resources, LLC. Ashby Bowhunting Foundation thanks them for their ongoing commitment to research and education for the betterment of bowhunters worldwide. Without Ridgeback Resources commitment, there would be no testing.
Dr. Ed Ashby Bowhunting Award: All expenses for the Dr. Ed Ashby Bowhunting Award have been covered 100% by Bonfire Wings. Ashby Bowhunting Foundation thanks Bonfire for their ongoing commitment to recognize and honor select bowhunters from around the world that meet the strict criteria to achieve this Lifetime Achievement Award.
Salaries: Zero. No salaries are paid by the Foundation. We are everyday working people just like you, exceptionally passionate about bowhunting, and we volunteer our time to this mission for the betterment of bowhunting worldwide.

ASHBY 100 Fund Allocation
The Ashby 100 will consist of the first 100 Donors that contribute $1000, or more, to the Ashby Bowhunting Foundation. Funds raised will be placed into an endowment with the investment income being utilized for ABF missions of bowhunter education, workshops, educational videos, and youth education/hunting. Each donor will be provided a unique appreciation package consisting of a Yeti Tumbler, ABF paper weight, Ashby 100 cap, hat pin, and logo stickers. Please click on the link for more details.
YOUTH EDUCATION CENTER fund allocation
Funding for the Youth Education Center will be used to purchase and maintain a ranch to be used as an outdoor classroom, offering youth hunting opportunities and additional testing of arrows and broadheads.
